noon - 1pm

Networking time

Please note, the afternoon workshop will be a group coaching and teaching session with the following topics and speakers:

1pm-3pm

Nneka Unachukwu, MD

Getting the business skills you want and need as a doctor

Like many doctors, Dr. Una was ignorant, scared, and felt like an imposter when she started out in business because she was trained to be a great clinician, not an entrepreneur. Over the years, she learned that the two do not need to be mutually exclusive, so she embraced both worlds. As a result, she is able to enjoy the practice of medicine, develop her other interests and best of all, not miss time with her family.

After this workshop, you’ll come away with:

  • Your action plan
  • Real, doable business skills to put in place in your practice OR your side gig
  • Knowledge of what to do next to grow your business and thrive as a person (so being a doctor doesn’t take over your life)

1pm - 3pm

Carmen Brown, MD
