You agree to be financially responsible for full payment of all participation fees and abide by the Registration Agreement and Terms and Conditions as set forth in the registration application.
ALL REGISTRATION FEES AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Our chief goal is for you to have an outstanding experience. If we fail to deliver the Physicians Helping Physicians Experience as outlined when you registered, we ask that you notify Physicians Helping Physicians of your issue/concern in writing to the email below as soon as possible so that we may have the opportunity to satisfy you.
You further understand that while we aspire to accommodate everyone who wants to join our programs, we will not reserve a place for you on a schedule, in an event or provide access to website materials until full payment has been received.
Questions and inquiries regarding order fulfillment or refunds and the replacement of damaged/defective merchandise are handled by Physicians Helping Physicians Customer Service Center Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am EST and 5:30 pm EST via:
